President Cyril Ramaphosa will be testifying at the State Capture Commission of Inquiry on Wednesday morning not as the head of state but as the President of the ANC.  Ramaphosa has been accused of acting in favor of Glencore to disadvantage Eskom.

This claim was made by former Eskom CEOs Matshela Koko and Brian Molefe. During the first two days of his testimony, Ramaphosa will focus on ANC issues and cadre deployment. Next Month he will testify in his capacity a head of state.
