Friday Motivation : A Strong Mind & A Willing Heart.

As cliche as this may sound, I still believe that you can  achieve anything you set your mind on, this life's mantra even to date it is still much relevant and helpful towards you achieving your goals.

No one is exempted from challenges and calamities however in such instances your mind becomes your strongest weapon and endurance becomes your greatest shield. The truth of the matter is that your mind or how your mind approaches things can either limit you  and make you to miss out on great opportunities or it can help you to  expand far above the horizon.

 Liz Ryan  Former contributor for forbes says "  the number one thing successful people do is to change their mindset. I'm sorry if that sounds hippy-dippy to you. I come from northern New Jersey, possibly the least "woo-woo" place on earth. People who believe in themselves are more successful than people who don't, period" 

Although success is not instant, programming your mind to be In-tune  with positivity is a good starting point. following that needs to be hard work, determination and resilience. Below  I summarize 3 steps of how you can programme your mind  and subconsciousness  to think beyond your limitations as according to Tony Robbins, a life coach : 
 
STEP 1: DECIDE
 The first step you need to take is to gain absolute clarity on what it is you want. Learn how to stop overthinking everything and focus on your goals. What does unlocking an extraordinary life look like to you? Clarity is power. The more thought you put into this, the more detail you lay out, the stronger is your desired outcome? What would  and more powerful your vision will become. This creates a subconscious mind map, giving your brain the tools necessary to turn that vision into reality.

STEP 2: COMMIT 
 
After you decide what you want, the next step of subconscious reprogramming is committing. Rid your mind of fear and self-doubt. How do you do that? By committing to it and letting it drive you.

STEP 3: RESOLVE

Once you have decided on your path and committed fully, take inventory of your situation. What are your current actions getting you? Direct your mind toward assessing what is working and what isn’t. Make the shifts. Resolve is about finding solutions to whatever may come your way. 

Reprogramming your brain for happiness and success is an ideal way to work below the surface and remove obstacles that are holding you back. Happy Friday!!
