#SAElections2019: With Over 75% Of Voting Districts Declared, The ANC Set To Win The Elections With Less Than 60%

National and provincial election results have been trickeling in since counting began. As of 07:55pm, 75.96% of voting districts votes were verified and counted. 
The ANC, DA, EFF, VF+,IFP, ACDP, GOOD, ATM and AIC have all secured the minimum 35 000 votes to go into Parliment. COPE which is currently sitting at 34 643 is also likley to secure a seat in the National Assembly.

12 047 249 votes have been counted and verified and the results so far are as follows:


AFRICAN NATIONAL CONGRESS ANC:
6 898 379 | 57.26 %

DEMOCRATIC ALLIANCE DA:
2 621 077 | 21.76 %

ECONOMIC FREEDOM FIGHTERS EFF:
1 216 778 | 10.10 %

INKATHA FREEDOM PARTY IFP:
352 841 | 2.93 %

VRYHEIDSFRONT PLUS VF PLUS:
296 672 | 2.46 %

AFRICAN CHRISTIAN DEMOCRATIC PARTY ACDP:
110 622 | 0.92 %

GOOD GOOD:
63 489 | 0.53 %

UNITED DEMOCRATIC MOVEMENT UDM:
59 284 | 0.49 %

AFRICAN TRANSFORMATION MOVEMENT ATM:
57 376 | 0.48 %

CONGRESS  OF THE PEOPLE COPE:
35 174 | 0.29 %

While there have been some complaints these elections have largely been ruled to be free and fair and throughout the day Joburg Post will keep you updated on the latest results.
