Sundowns who just concluded their pre-season tour in Netherlands last week, kick off their DStv Premiership campaign on Friday the 4th of August 2023 against Sekhukhune United at the Peter Mokaba Stadium.

With the reigning champions known for their impeccable style, the new kit's design concept showcases the African Rhythm which Masandawana fans produce on match days with the home kit featuring the Sundowns' print surrounded by audio waveforms representing the drum beats alongside the singing and chanting of the supporters and players which pulsate throughout the stadium before, during and after matches.

Meanwhile SuperSport United unveiled three new kits, a royal blue home strip, a turquoise away shirt and a red third jersey.

The turquoise away kit is in celebration of the “HERE for HER” campaign, which is designed to is celebrate ladies this year with all the sporting events taking place and will be worn for the first time in the side's away match against AmaZulu FC on Women’s Day on the 9th of August 2023 in Durban.

While the alternative red kit will be mostly used for the team's CAF away matches inspired by Matsatsantsa a Pitori's title sponsor, Jonsson Workwear.
