Bafana Bafana head coach Hugo Broos has confirmed that Percy Tau, Luke Le Roux and MLS duo of Bongokuhle Hlongwane and Njabulo Blom have yet to arrive in camp.

This follows Bafana Bafana assembling for camp on Monday morning at the High Performance Centre at the University of Pretoria in preparation of the upcoming 2023 AFCON qualifier against Morocco on Saturday the 17th of June 2023.

Fresh from winning the CAF Champions League on Sunday evening with Al Ahly, Tau is expected to arrive in South Africa on Monday night while the USA-based players will join the squad during the course of week.

However, Luke Le Roux had his flight from Sweden delayed, which sees 19 of the 23 players available for training this afternoon as they camp at the High Performance Centre at the University of Pretoria this week.

“First of all Percy, he won the Champions League last night, so it was impossible for him to be here today so he will be in camp tomorrow night while Le Roux's flight was delayed yesterday so he left this morning and is only arriving tonight, then we have the two Americans with Hlongwane and Blom.

Hlongwane will be here tomorrow morning and Blom can only be here tomorrow night, because he played yesterday evening at 7:30, but they will be all here on Wednesday," Broos said.

Kick-off at the FNB Stadium on Saturday afternoon is at 17:00 o'clock.
