"Saile has done well so far and I am happy" - Zwane

Amakhosi head coach Arthur Zwane has expressed that he is happy with Chiefs' January signing Christian Saile.

Saile joined Chiefs from Zambia Super League side Nchanga Rangers for three and a half year deal and Zwane is mostly impressed by Saile's humility.

Saile who is also becoming a regular in the starting XI for Amakhosi is gradually becoming a favorite in the hearts of many Chiefs' fans.

After netting two goals so far in the league and providing an assist Zwane believes Saile's growth and maturity in the black and gold colours of Chiefs is imminent.

"He has done well so far and I am happy, what I like about him is his humility and ability to settle in quickly, the other players have also helped him settle and that is pleasing to see," Zwane said.

Saile was influential in Amakhosi's 3-2 victory against Maritzburg United in Chiefs' final match before the international break as he scored a goal much to the delight of Zwane.

"I am happy that his hard work, that saw him score a goal against Maritzburg is finally paying off, he deserves it. He is a good team player and we will keep on working on him, we want him to keep on improving his game and get better" Zwane added.

With Saile bringing a healthy competition up front for the Glamour Boys, Zwane believes the more competition is being created in the squad, the better it will help the team to improve.

Zwane and his charges will hope that Saile will continue with his fine form as Amakhosi take on Stellenbosch FC on Saturday the 1st of April in a DSTV Premiership match at the FNB Stadium.
