The Orlando Pirates and Thebe Magugu 23/24 range consists of two new designs, a home jersey which is black and an away jersey which is pistachio green, both kits feature the legendary Orlando Pirates skull and crossbow logo reimagined to incorporate a captivating maze pattern and the jersey rounds off with a Thebe Magugu back-neck sign-off and a unique raised crest.

With Orlando Pirates having already unveiled the new kits last week, Magugu has reiterated that the kits symbolise the long and winding journey the team has travelled to land them here.

Meanwhile, Orlando Pirates PR manager Thandi Merafe has also alluded that the team carries Magugu's exceptional creation on their shoulders as a true testament to their proudly South African identity and unity.

"A football jersey stands as a powerful emblem of pride and togetherness, binding Buccaneers from diverse backgrounds into a unified force and as we set forth on a new football season, that includes the CAF Champions League, we believe both kits will achieve the desired expectations especially from the Pirates faithful," Merafe added.

The Sea Robbers will debut the 2023/24 kit for the first time when face Stellenbosch FC in their DStv Premiership opener on the 5th of August 2023.
