As the Sea Robbers will also participate in the CAF Champions League next season, Riveiro has highlighted that the tour of Spain has really helped the team to prepare well for the upcoming season.

We are going to play very crucial and knockout games where one mistake will kill your dreams, so we need to play the way we did against these top teams that requires a level of concentration that we are not used to developing in the domestic league," Riveiro said.

With Riveiro also giving new signings like Patrick Maswanganyi a chance to play in during the pre-season camp, he is pleased with how the former SuperSport United player performed during in the three friendlies.
