Amidst the gathering's excitement, a significant announcement stirred anticipation. Dr Precious Moloi-Motsepe revealed plans for the Power To Empower Annual Women's Golf Day, a transformative initiative scheduled to commence in August 2024. 

This innovative endeavor will not only encourage women's participation in golf but also support breast cancer awareness campaigns through collaboration with the CANSA association. 

A portion of the proceeds from the Women's Golf Day will be devoted to these noble causes, underscoring AFI's unwavering commitment to making positive societal contributions. 

By ingeniously merging sport, advocacy, and philanthropy, AFI continues to champion women's empowerment through multifaceted approaches.
