Orlando Pirates to contest the CAF Confederations Cup Final.  1995 African Champions, Orlando Pirates booked their place in the CAF Confederations final despite losing the home leg of their tie 0-1 to a determined Al Ahli Tripoli and advancing 2-1 on aggregate at Orlando Stadium.

Pirates did the job in the first leg winning 0-2, but made matters difficult for themselves by missing chances to kill off the tie that was quite towards the end and saw the visitors score in the 89th minute.

Full marks to the buccaneers for how they applied themselves in this competition despite blowing hot and cold in the local league. Now on Friday they head to Nigeria to face RS Berkane who pulled a remarkable come back against TP Mazembe.
