Today on celebrity insight we take a look at one of the youngest celebrities Kairo Forbes whose parents are Dj Zinhle and Hip-Hop artist AKA. The 5-year-old was born into fame however her notable achievements date back to when she was signed by Truworths Fashion as their brand ambassador. She also partnered with the brand so as to help them promote their children’s clothing brands, Naartjie and Earthchild.

Kairo is also a social media influencer and has a huge following on Instagram with more than a million followers. Her Instagram page is said to be managed by her grandmother Lynn Forbes, AKA‘s mum.

 Kairo has also recently launched her own KAIRO sunglasses range in collaboration with ERA by DJ Zinhle. The KAIRO COLLECTION protects your little ones’ eyes against the harmful effects of blue light emitted by cell phones, TVs, laptops etc. 

 The 5-pair range is targeted at girls 4-7 years old, with a 6th pair ‘The Flamingo’ for girls aged 0-2 years. A boys’ range will be added to the KAIRO COLLECTION in the coming months.

Kairo Forbes’ launch of the KAIRO sunglasses comes off the back of her highly successful KAIRO Watch – It’s My Time collaboration with ERA by DJ Zinhle. This child celebrity has been climbing incredible heights for her age. 

At age 5 her brand is already independent outside her parents' brands and we cant wait to see what she has in store for in the coming years.
