How you start your day ultimately sets the pace for your overall activity. It is important to start strong in order to use your body and mind to its fullest potential. This morning  lets look at some of the tips that can boost your energy to help you get by the day .

First Things drink Water

Most people are acustomed to a cup of coffee as means to help them to fully wake up . However a glass of water in the morning can do wonders for your body.  Keeping your body hydrated can impact your focus, productivity, and mood. A glass of water first thing in the morning cleanses the digestive system and prepares your digestive system for the meals it will intake 

Do some physical activity

 being active has so many health benefits. It will help you to manage daily stress. A morning walk or jog can get you ready for your day, it can also help  to you sleep better at night.  Physical activity can reduce your risk of numerous health conditions. 


Relax in the Shower 

Elizabeth Scott  a health and wellness coach says that Many of us shower in the morning though we often rush through it because we need to get on with our day. Why not take a few extra minutes and get into the right frame of mind? As you let the warm water loosen your muscles, think about the possibilities that lie ahead, think about what you have to be grateful for in life and remember this serene feeling. When you encounter challenges through the day, just think back to this relaxed feeling. You may be able to approach your stressors from a more centered place. 

Eat A balanced  Breakfast 

According to Physicians medical care breakfast It’s the most important meal of the day! A fairly obvious tip, but easy to overlook when you’re busy. Start your day off with a decent meal, combining protein, whole grains, and healthy fats. Ideally, you should budget time for something like whole-grain toast with peanut butter and banana, fruit, and yogurt. And if you’re really feeling like making it a special morning add some vegetables to an omelet to really kick-start your day.

 Start the day with Positive thoughts 

lastly to  have an effective day you need to start the day with positive thoughts . How you approach every day is important your mind gives birth to energy .... As cliché as it my may sound you are who you think your are . Your thoughts set the tone for your days.  Marelisa Fabrega  says that : 
  • When you smile your body releases the feel-good neurotransmitters dopamine and endorphins. This means that by smiling first thing when you wake up you’ll be starting your day in a better mood.
  • In addition, when you smile your mood is further lifted by the release of serotonin.
  • Smiling strengthens the immune system, so by smiling first thing in the morning and remembering to do it throughout the day you’ll be warding off disease, specially during flu season. 

Start your day right and you will surprised of how the little things mentioned can impact your overall productivity.
