Famous 29-year-old Isibaya actress Zinhle Mabena was arrested on Tuesday Morning in Centurion for allegations of conspiring to murder her estranged husband Robert Ngwenya. After spending a night in prison the actress was released on Wednesday. 

Speaking to the Sowetan on Wednesday afternoon the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) spokesperson Lumka Mahanjana said that the court decided that more investigation was needed before Mabena's case could be put on the roll.
"The docket was brought to court [and] the matter was not enrolled due to insufficient evidence and [need for] further investigations,” said Mahanjana. 

 According to police statements, Ngwenya’s car was shot at while at petrol a station in Forest Hill, Centurion on 20 January 2021, by unknown assailants, and one of his bodyguards lost his life.
