On Thursday Morning the State Capture Commission heard the ruling of Deputy Chief Justice Raymond Zondo regarding the application by Jacob Zuma to the judge recuse himself from his position. Earlier this week Zuma  alleged in papers  that he and Zondo were friends
 
Following deliberation Zondo has announced that he has  dismissed former President Jacob Zuma's application for his recusal from the state capture inquiry. Zondo said that Zuma had failed to meet the test for the reasonable apprehension of bias as he claimed in his arguments.
