Mkhonto weSizwe Calls For Mbalula To Be Arrested.

On Monday the Members of the Umkhonto we Sizwe Military Veterans Association (MKMVA) in Gauteng set out and marched to Luthuli House. The demonstration was  against the African National Congress (ANC). The armed wing of the African National Congress accused the party of rubbishing the countries constitution and shaping the work done by the fallen heroes and heroines. The association also called for the arrest of Transport minister Fikile Mabula.

The association, together with the South African National Civic Organisation (Sanco), the Congress of South African Students (Cosas), and the SA National Cargo Transport and Drivers Association (Sancadra), planned to hand over a memorandum to both the ANC and to Premier David Makhura’s office.

“We embark on this action as disciplined revolutionaries whose aims are to bring to the attention of comrades in the ANC and government that we have reached our absolute limit of tolerance for their rampant betrayal of our struggle, the poor and oppressed black (especially African) majority,” said the MKMVA

According to The South African Police Service from Gauteng  About 300 members of Umkhonto WeSizwe Military Veterans Association (MKMVA) arrived at the Gauteng Premier's Office to handover a memorandum. Members of #SAPS  and Johannesburg Metro Police Department  monitored  the march and reported no violent incidents

The association says they demand the response to these demands be sent to them in writing within 14 days.
" Failure to do so we will deem as a callous disregard for the just and legitimate concerns we are raising as a constitutional structure of the ANC. Such failure will definitely lead to us undertaking further carefully considered action to get our legitimate demands addressed.”
In a series of tweets Minister of Transport Mbalula has come out guns blazing on twitter accusing the veterans of being " thugs masquerading as Mk"
