Walter Sisulu Botanical Gardens brings the Enchanted Garden of Lights festival as a celebration of Christmas in July.

To experience Christmas as in the Northern Hemisphere, take a stroll through the 500m botanical garden trail lit up with thousands of lights. Christmas statues, an enchanted forest of lights, artificial snow flakes, Christmas music and family fun activities for everyone to enjoy.

Specifically for the kids, there is a chance to take pictures with Father Christmas, a Christmas Chariot Ride, a Christmas snow pit and a jumping castle.

Take advantage of the chilly weather and get into the festive spirit for this once off event.
