#SAElection2019: Latest Elections Results

National and provincial election results have been trickeling in since counting began. As of 13:04pm, 38.59% of the ballots results were verified and counted. 
The ANC, DA, EFF, VF+,IFP, ACDP and the GOOD party have all secured the minimum 35 000 votes to go into Parliment.

5 441 038 votes have been counted and verified and the results so far are as follows:


AFRICAN NATIONAL CONGRESS ANC: 3 054 007 | 56.13 %

DEMOCRATIC ALLIANCE DA: 1 329 367 | 24.43 %

ECONOMIC FREEDOM FIGHTERS EFF: 490 090 | 9.01 %

VRYHEIDSFRONT PLUS VF PLUS: 160 044 | 2.94 %

INKATHA FREEDOM PARTY IFP: 100 674 | 1.85 %

AFRICAN CHRISTIAN DEMOCRATIC PARTY ACDP: 55 500 | 1.02 %

GOOD GOOD: 34 791 | 0.64 %

UNITED DEMOCRATIC MOVEMENT UDM: 27 198 | 0.50 %

AFRICAN TRANSFORMATION MOVEMENT ATM: 24 852 | 0.46 %

CONGRESS  OF THE PEOPLE COPE: 18 681 | 0.34 %

While there have been some complaints these elections have largely been ruled to be free and fair and throughout the day Joburg Post will keep you updated on the latest results.
